Mr. Paul Habib joined the City of Los Angeles (City) in 2006 following three years working in a local State legislative office and served eight years as a City Council Chief of Staff before joining Los Angeles Department of Water and Power in 2020. He has extensive political and government experience in the areas of legislative affairs, policy and planning development and implementation, and community organization and outreach.
