Kim Domptail is an environmental engineer with 15 years of experience in organic waste management, biogas / renewable natural gas (RNG), hydrogen, energy and decarbonization. She has led planning, strategy, business case evaluation and feasibility studies in the waste & energy fields in 20 countries and speaks French, English, and Spanish fluently.

As GHD US West Market Leader – Future Energy, she connects GHD multi-disciplinary experts to support a wide range of clients providing decarbonization solutions or transitioning to net zero. She focuses in particular on hydrogen, RNG, and microgrid developments in California. Prior to joining GHD, Kim worked for Naldeo in Lyon (France), Tetra Tech in Washington, DC, and the French Geological Survey in Beijing (China).
